The booth space drawing for PestWorld 2022 will take place over October 11-15, 2021. Date and time will be determined by your company’s position in the PestWorld Seniority List.

The Booth Drawing for PestWorld involves an easy four-step process.

1. Fill out the Request for Booth Space form for PestWorld 2022, which can be accessed here, Request for Booth Space Link. This form ensures that NPMA has the correct contact person on the day of your booth space drawing.

2. On your designated booth space drawing date, fill out the online Application for Booth Space. You will select your first choice booth available on the floorplan, and list your additional choices (in order of preference) in the text box located below the floorplan. Your drawing date and time are outlined on the PestWorld 2022 Seniority Drawing List. On the day of your drawing spot, you will be emailed a link to the booth space application & a booking code (YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE BOOTH APPLICATION WITHOUT YOUR BOOKING LINK) during the following times –

**NOTE: You can complete the online application whenever you like, however you have until 8:00 am the following day to reserve your booth before the application is opened up to the next group of exhibitors. REMEMBER – BOOTHS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.

3. Be sure to indicate on the application any companies that you do not want to be placed next to your booth for competitive reasons. Every attempt will be made to honor these requests.

4. Booth application will be reviewed THE DAY AFTER your designated drawing day. Have someone (yourself or a designated company representative) available by phone during the hours of 9:00 am – 11:00 am in the event NPMA has to contact you for additional booth options.
NOTE: It is important that someone be available during this time period to take a call if needed. NPMA will have no other alternative than to make a decision on your behalf if you or a representative is not available.

Common Misunderstandings in the Booth Selection Process:

1. Bookings codes will be emailed out to all exhibitors in a designated seniority group at the same time. Once a company receives their booking code they are able to reserve any available space on the floorplan. Booths are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All booth selections are subject to final approval by NPMA.

2. If purchasing multiple 10x10’s, they must run vertical according to the aisle lines. Thus an “end cap” is not permitted, as it tends to block the view of the neighboring booths. Each 10x10 must be purchased separately, at the individual booth price.

3. All islands must be sold prior to the creation of new islands on the existing floor plan. Islands are laid out in the best possible design to maximize floor traffic. Those already on the floor plan are based on your needs outlined to us prior to the booth drawing process. Once all islands are sold, an island can be created by purchasing multiple 10x10 booths at the individual price per booth.
